Norwegian band Paralgin Forte was part of the indie-scene in the 90's and 00's. With Norwegian lyrics and music sometimes referred to as post-punk, the band was active as a live act in 1993-94, and then reformed in 2004 and disbanded in 2008. Members were Per Sørensen (drums), Kristoffer Smith (vocals, guitars, bass, synth), Håkon Paulsen (keyboards), Morten Langrind (vocals, guitars) and Ralf Lofstad (guitars). The live album "10 år uten bedøvelse" was released after the reunion concert in 2004 followed by the triple language single-only "Stavekontroll" in 2005. After Lofstad's departure from the band in 2005, they released their first and last studio album in 2008, "Planet Gnom".
