Lüstgas has been part of the Norwegian indiescene for years with their quirky guitar-electronica, with hints of prog, folk and sometimes odd time-signatures. Members Kristoffer Smith (vocals, guitars, bass, synths) and Morten Langrind (vocals, guitars, synths) make music unlike anything else, according to Norwegian critics. Their debut "N2O" came in 2006, and they have released 7 albums since then with 2015 "Sleight of hand" as their only English release. In 2017 they were back with "Et annet format" with Norwegian lyrics. Although primarly a studio project, Lüstgas has played some rare concerts through the years with additional musicians. When not doing Lüstgas the members engage in different solo projects, tribute bands like Lüstwerk (Kraftwerk tribute) and cover projects like Lüst for Live (alternative 70s rock).
